Option to print the immunizations entered in Misis. Parents would like a copy of the shots with the students transcripts.

In MiSiS, the Student Transfer Form contains some immunization information at the bottom of it. However, Welligent is the system of record for health, including immunizations. A school staff with Welligent access (e.g., someone who works in the Health office on campus) should be able to print out immunization information for a parent.
Regarding the comment for a label for the Health Card: The Name Label report, under Enrollment in the Reports menu, may be used for this purpose or the mail merge reporting module in Focus can be used to generate labels.
