Labels
Currently were only able to print Cumulative labels in Misis Reports. We also need to print Registration Cards and Health Cards for ALL our new students. I was able to generate a report under Misis Explorer to run these, but now under Focus or Adhoc, I generated my report and saved it under my catalog but have not been able to print any new student labels. Report is giving me an error message. Why can't these 2 labels be added to our reports in Misis? I'm sure that we're not the only school with this problem. Other schools have told me they use the Cumulative record label for the Registration and Health cards which in my opinion is not correct as these require different information.

Due to the variance of printers in schools it is difficult to format a MiSiS label report which prints correctly on all printers. Therefore, the MiSiS team is no longer developing new label reports. For data available in Focus, school staff can use the Mail Merge Reporting Module. Therefore, this suggestion for MiSiS will be declined.
There is a detailed job aid available on the Focus website. If further assistance is needed, please contact the Help Desk.

In regards to variance printers, it should not matter. Schools can buy a full page 8 1/2 x 11 label sheet and cut it. I know what you mean Ms Austin but it is no problem. The situation right now is time and practicality. Schools do not have the man power nor the time to waste.

MiSiS needs to add everything back that we had access to in our Legacy SIS, because nothing in our schools have changed as far as printing labels for reg cards, health cards, and cume cards. This is information we need. Its ridiculous that we only have access to one label which is for the cume card.
