Student Transfer Form
Not sure why you removed the student ID number next to the student name on the drop down menu. The issue comes when you have multiple students with the exact same name, and there's no way to know which student is the one we need to select. Please reconsider placing ID numbers back.

The student ID number is listed next to the student’s name on the drop down menu. If you don’t see it, you may need to expand the list.
