enable access to student referral regardless of school if multiple schools
I am at a school that has subschools, e.g., regular community school and magnet program schools. I can access grades, attendance for all students regardless of specific school but cannot enter referrals regardless of school. I need to log out and log in again under the correct school for the student, which is time consuming and inconvenient.
