Student Search
When enrolling a student we use to be able to search a student with just a last name and maybe first initial. Now we have to enter a birth date or it will not search for a student. We need to be able to search without the birthdate because sometimes we don't have it. Not for enrolling but we need to search to see where a student has gone to.

Enroll Student search requires data of birth to narrow the search results to help schools not enroll a student as a new student when the student already exists in the system.
