Date of last update
I would like MiSiS to let us know the last time emergency information was updated and who updated it like on the identifying information. For example, when filling in Parent info and additional contacts.

I agree. Parents now have access to updated their contact information without our knowledge. It's difficult to determine correct contact information for parents/guardians, emergency contacts, etc. when we don't know when it was last updated. This would help greatly in keeping accurate information for all students. Maybe this idea can be applied to other parts of the student profile that school based employees have to access.
