PARENT DELETED from MiSis - Glitch

When updating Emergency card information.. We have mom and we have dad. (Already previously on MISIS) If you edit and save dad (for example), it somehow deletes dad and mom is shown as a duplicate.

Dad no longer appears in parents screen, and mom shows twice.

This has happened to me a few times this year. So what I then have to do is I delete one mom, and re-add dad and all his info. Sometimes the *** is needed to re-enter the information again.
