Attendance Status for each Student is marked
DISTANCE Learning PRESENT BY DEFAULT DP.
DEFAULT STATUS FOR ATTENDANCE FOR EACH STUDENT
SHOULD START AS UNMARKED BLANK or NOT ENTERED
At Present ATTENDANCE Pull Down Menu has Four Items
DP
DA
P
A
IT SHOULD have Five Items under Pull Down Menu.
Therefore if a Teacher accidentally forgets to change from DP to DA that student will be marked Present By Default. This is a mistake that is easy to forget by the teacher.
Teachers have to transfer Data from Zoom Attendance to MISIS
therefore it is Very Easy to make multiple Mistakes in the process.
ATTENDANCE PULL DOWN MENU SHOULD BE SET BY DEFAULT
NOT ENTERED FOR EACH STUDENT.
FIRST MENU ITEM IN PULL DOWN SHOULD BE
NOT ENTERED.
This Will prevent Teachers from accidentally
Leaving DP present when the Student Was Absent.
At some Point Misis may be able to import
Attendance from Zoom Attendance File that can be generated in
Zoom Webinars.
Zoom may become standard even after Covid 19 Crisis is over
