Be able to rearrange order of Emergency Contacts
Since the Emergency Report from MISIS only prints the first 2 emergency contacts, there should be a way to rearrange the order of the emergency contacts without having to delete and reenter all the information. Possible fix: be able to "drag and drop" emergency contacts to be in the correct order.
