Action Taken on Referrals
When a staff member (administrator, teacher, etc.) enters a referral, I as a counselor, do not get an email notification that it is there. When I see the referral in misis and need to enter an action taken, I have to change my role from school counselor, to office manager. This was not the case in the past, and it is very inconvenient. Please change it so that I receive the email notifications again, and can submit an action taken without having to switch roles to office manager. It would make my job easier!
