1. Tardy- School Bus

   Can it be changed that students who arrive late on the school bus NOT have that tardy show on there report card. They get eliminated from perfect attendance awards due to the tardy.

   School Bus is not counted on the Report Card. Only the following Tardy codes are counted on the Report Card:

   0 - No Note
   1 - Excused
   1M - Excused Absence Verified by Medical Profe ssional
   1N - Excused Absence Verified by School Nurse
   1P - Excused Absence Verified by Parent
   2 - Unexcused
   3 - Non-compliant
   5 - Prior Principal Approval
   UC - Uncleared

2. It would be nice if we could print individual report cards in a different language. Like Armenian or Russian

   As some parents us English as their primary language even though it is another language. There fore they can not understand the Report Card of their students. I was wondering if we could have access to different language options to print the report card.

   The Secondary Schools Report Card is available in English and Spanish.

   The Elementary Schools Report Card is available in English, Armenian, Chinese, Korean, and Spanish.

3. Error messages

   I tried to input grades, but I couldn't do some subjects due to error messages.

   I am teaching Korean Dual Language Program at Ambassador School of Global Education, and below is the subjects with error messages.

5. A link to the grading window dates (marks input) PLEASE

   Every year we struggle to figure out the marks reporting dates, and the bulletin is not so easy to find if you don't remember the number. A link (on the MiSiS home page or better yet right within the application at

   There are no plans to include the mark reporting dates on the MiSiS Application. Instead of trying to remember the bulletin number, just do a Google keywords search of “LAUSD Mark Reporting Dates”.
