Print student info on one sheet of paper
Currently, any info from the students' profile prints on multiple pages, with at least 2 pages completely blank. The information is broken up between pages as well. Please adjust the print parameters to make profile pages print on one sheet of paper.
1 voteScreens are not meant to be printed. View the in line or Reports menus reports to identify the report that contains the information you need and print the report instead.

Contact Log
I noticed changes to the Contact Log. I like that there is the field for guardian type. I noticed BEHAVIOR was omitted as a purpose for a call. Can that be re-included in the next update? Thank you.

SSPT: remove next F/U when SSPT is exited
When selecting the option that a student exit the SSPT process, the window still has a requirement to select another Follow Up meeting date and time (it has a red asterisk). If you are exiting, there is no need for a follow up. There should be a "follow up not required" option.

I am legally blind and use a low vision software called Job Access With Speech (JAWS).The low vision software is not fully accessible.
For example, not all keyboard commands used by JAWS are not functional. My keyboard commands cannot arrow down to make category selections. Thank you for your assitance regarding this matter.

Include student ID on SSPT referral email
In order for SSPT team to support student and families in a timely manner referral email should include student ID.

Within Contact Log, ability to print a semester summary report
With our Roll Books, we are required to turn a list of contact attempts. This would be a list for the whole semester. There is not a good way to do this within Contact Log. At

there is an item titled "we need to be able to print misis daily contacts." to which Norma Alvarado replies it can be done with the Student Support Summary Report however there are some problems with this
- Very few teachers if any are aware of this. It needs at least a link to a Job Aid from within the Contact Log screen…1 voteUser may use the Social Adjustment Report or Student Support Summary Report to extract all Contact Logs entered.

Contact Log Bulk Entry Action
I am reaching out today because Teachers have been mandated to record Contact Log information for students to document outreach attempts, but we currently only have access to updating one student at a time. This means that a secondary teacher with a roster of about 150 students has to click on every period's roster, then a student, then the Contact Log, then the + entry for contact log, enter each item, submit, repeat 150 times. This NEEDLESSLY takes HOURS to do, is repetitive and untenable. Teachers desperately need the "Contact Log Bulk Entry" Action option (that roles like counselors have)…

Enable "Mass Update Contact Log" for Teachers
Please allow Teachers access to do a Mass Contact Log for their classes and enter parent/home communication notes in MiSiS.

Counselor Role Access
At this moment. Counselor role is allowed to do MASS COMMUNICATION for students but not MASS CONTACT LOG. We as counselors do a lot of calling and documenting and it would be nice if we had the access to that instead of changing roles to office admin.

SSPT Intervention plan in PDF
I was told that Adobe updated their end, but MiSiS has not caught up. Can we please fix the fact that when we download SSPT intervention plans that we can directly open the PDF file without opening it through a browser?

Speed up the amount of time it takes to get an Intervention Service to open
When I click on the Intervention Services and hit the edit pencil, it takes over 1 1/2 minutes for the intervention page to come up. It doesn't take but a second or two for any other MISIS data (grades, transcript details, etc.) to come up. Why? What can be done to speed this up?
I have to enter individual intervention data for 100s of students. I can't afford to wait 1 1/2 minutes for each intervention page to open.

Bring back Non Mailer/Mailer Tab to Academics section
It would be very helpful if we could please have Mailer/Non mailer report cards Tab again. When access to grades/report cards was still allowed, I was able to talk to students and parents about what they needed to do. Recently I tried accessing through Academics Tab, and it is no longer there." This is really unfortunate since I cannot see my students grades and subsequently cannot talk to them about what classes they may need to work to improve and be successful.

Unable to put in correct Case Manager for Initial SSPT
Once a student moves to another school, the staff list should reflect that school, in particular for creating the initial SSPT. I had to assign a teacher from a student's prior school as the Case Manager.

Social Adjustment Report doesn't work
The Social Adjustment report is very helpful in my work as an RSP teacher. I have not been able to access it since the beginning of the year with School Full Read access. I've tried using both Chrome and Firefox browsers. I'm using a Macbook Pro running Catalina. It's a school issued laptop.

Allow for deletion of interventions logs or change the date
I would like to either have the option to delete my mistaken entry or adjust the date to the date of my choosing. Right now, the date will not change to any month after the originally entered one.

Codes to be reinstated?
Will the students' various codes, such as "S" for Special Education, be reinstated to MiSiS? I think it should.
