Need to update teacher discrepancy reports for kids who only show up to one or two periods
MISIS will generate a discrepancy report if the student misses more than half the day. So when they only show up to one or two periods, even if the absence is excused, it will still print the discrepancy. We need a way to stop that from appearing everyday even after the teachers have confirmed that the student was in class.

Thank you for your feedback. The Teacher Discrepancy Report lists student(s) for days in which attendance was not submitted or was entered as Present (tardy, left early, absent with a reason code that equals present) in a class, but was entered as Absent in all other periods. This rule was provided by Budget Services as a Present in only one period/class for a day is subject to scrutiny by auditors. The Update Attendance screen, located under the student profile Attendance tab, now includes a Verified column. When office staff check off this box, that student and date will no longer appear on the Teacher Discrepancy report
