Enrollment
Parents should be able to enter enrollment information through a secure online portal, and update each year as necessary. Many of the paper forms ask for the same information, and takes a long time to complete. This process needs to be completed numerous times for parents with more than one child. Pages should be printable if necessary to be signed for school purposes (i.e. - Emergency cards, etc.).

When is it anticipated for parents to enroll online?

I think it should be mandatory for each family to fill out their emergency card information. The system should then flag it if there was an address change so we can follow up and make sure we get proof of address.
