This illogical tabbing sequence is evidence for the frustrating lack of anyone even glancing over the prototype MISIS software before it went live. MISIS and Welligent are riddled with countless similar examples of lots of people along the production chain apparently not caring about the quality of their work. This lack of caring is costly both because of the increased amounts of time needed to perform tasks and because it contributes to the continued erosion of morale among the LAUSD workforce.
