Re: Welligent, please have the paraprofessionals input minutes that they service coteaching/monitoring classes where they are the sole service provider in order to legally update minutes while coteachers are servicing other classes concurrently, unless that is against their contract to do so. I recommend that a report is able to be generated and printed out per class period that lists students with ieps, sp ed svcs, and their passbacks per each period for each teacher so they don't have to spend extensive time printing them out one by one for all classes. Ease of access and information would gain greater buy in from gen ed teachers in appropriately servicing our students, if the info was easier to access, they might feel less burdened and more positive, plus, this readily available report by period would be great for them to have available in a binder during parent conferences.

I suggest that when Welligent and MIsis interface that not only the accommodations are posted, but that the goals are also posted in the same section. In fact, perhaps Sp Ed Admin can come up with pertinent information as would be on a passback in days of old and put all of that information in one field under the sp ed tab in misis so the gen ed teachers can readily access all pertinent info on the spot in order to properly service sp ed students and remain compliant. thank you for your consideration.
