Decline online applications for students already enrolled.
The online pre-enrollment application should have checks to make sure students that are already enrolled at a school do not apply again.
Example:
"Is this your student? Based off the name(s), birth date and address you provided, this student is already enrolled at (school name)."

MiSiS does not allow a student to be enrolled if student is already enrolled. I think this comment is for the Online Pre-Enrollment portal. The portal does not check if student is already enrolled. I will inform PSA who developed this portal.
