bring back allowing teachers to get progress reports & report cards
We had it and it seems to have been taken away. If I can get the grades for my students in Homeroom and as a Special education teacher with a caseload, I can help my students to improve themselves. When access to grades/report cards was still allowed, I would show my students their grades and we would talk about what they needed to do. Recently I tried to look at my class' grades and it now says "No Data." That really hurts. Now my job is much harder because I cannot see my students grades and subsequently cannot have heart to heart talks on what they need to do to succeed. Please re-empower teachers and bring back access to their classes' grades. I feel like my effectiveness has been greatly diminished with this apparent change.
