This idea was rejected with the recommendation to generate the appropriate report. The email from your dept said to let you know what I think. I think it's ridiculous to refuse a much needed correction to a flaw in your system's functionality. Point me to a report that will print a student's parent and emergency info in 5 seconds while paramedics are waiting to transport the student to the hospital and the emergency cards are locked in the office because it's 5:00. Your recommendation to generate the appropriate report is meaningless in the real school environment. But we will continue to work around this huge inconvenience without your true support. Thanks.
