Contact Log
I noticed changes to the Contact Log. I like that there is the field for guardian type. I noticed BEHAVIOR was omitted as a purpose for a call. Can that be re-included in the next update? Thank you.

Reasons/max characters
In the contact log, please bring back special ed and behavior as reasons for call and make the max characters bigger. We need to be able to write more.

BEHAVIRO AND COMMENTS BOX
It is discouraging to see the efforts taken to remove information that protects teachers, staff, and other community holders by removing BEHAVIOR as a reason of contact. We are being forced to cover up information that is reflective of what we deal with on a daily basis. Also, the new feature of the MISIS contact log has further limited the amount of characters one is able to type in the comment box. Mass update
Have the ability to create a Mass Update with more than 50 students at a time. Specially with Middle and High Schools that have more than a thousand students. It is time consuming to do it 50 students or less at time as it describes it when you try and the Mass update.

Return "Behavior" and "Other" as Primary Contact Reasons
Since the change in MISIS Contact Logs, there is no way to document that the reason for contact with an ed rights holder/parent/guardian is behavior or some other reason (for example, to inform them that their volunteer application is still pending). Bring back "behavior" and "other" so that contacts can be documented properly.

Wrong Photo
I have 2 students in my Period 2 class and their photos are switched with each other, is this fixable?

Credit Recovery period order
Please make it so that period 50 for credit recovery shows after the last period of the day in Walk in.

Print student info on one sheet of paper
Currently, any info from the students' profile prints on multiple pages, with at least 2 pages completely blank. The information is broken up between pages as well. Please adjust the print parameters to make profile pages print on one sheet of paper.
1 voteScreens are not meant to be printed. View the in line or Reports menus reports to identify the report that contains the information you need and print the report instead.

Please allow the teachers/courses that are selected to remain in window
Please allow the teachers and or courses in the Master Scheduling Walk In Screen, that are selected in the lower right hand window, to stay static instead of changing if we are searching for a student. I do not like automatic clearing of selected data since I might want to use the same teachers for programming purposes.

REMOVE the Windows that pop up in green and blue, in Master Scheduling. It is annoying
Please remove the windows that pop up on the screen in blue and green for the Master Scheduling. It is annoying and time consuming to watch them disappear.

*** LABEL, REPORT CARD
It would be so much easier to be able to print a *** label and report card from the student's page. Going into REPORTS, and trying to get the correct child is so time consuming and frustrating.

Add a 'Magnet 'checkbox on 'Add Section Attributes'
To make the Scheduling Administrators job of monitoring the magnet guidelines more streamlined, would it be possible to add a ‘Magnet’ checkbox to the ‘Add Section Attributes’ screen, similar to GATE?

Offsite courses
Once a scheduled off-site course is saved, it is visible on a student's schedule. However, as cns/admin verify the number of students with full schedules in Master Scheduler when looking at "Sections", the number under sections when one logs back in at a later date, does not reflect the number of courses the student is actually scheduled in. It appears to only happening with students that have an off-site course in their schedule. 1 voteThank you for your feedback. All section enrollments are included in the "Section Count column" on the student grid. To see all Off-Site sections, please click on the "gear" icon and select "View Off Site Sections" in order to populate all students' off-site sections.

Pagination on Walk in page
Pagination in quadrant one now requires us to navigate many pages rather than all students being on one page. This is not efficient.

Be able to search by unfilled teacher number in section editor
Please make it so that we are able to search by unfilled teacher number in section editor. As of right now we can only search for "unfilled" and not a specific number

Return student pictures in the Walk-in page
It is helpful to see the students' picture in this field.
1 voteThank you for your feedback. Student photos do not display on new or old Walk-In screens. When hovering over the student ID, a student's information displays, such as grad year, counselor, etc. To view the student pictures, please click on the hyperlink to open a new tab for the Student Profile. This was the same behavior in the old Walk-In screen where you would click on the student ID and a popup would display the student's profile page.
